Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying for their shipping costs when returning their items unless the items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect. 


Damage or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with detailed information and if possible, include supporting photographs at beadedbynne@gmail.com so we can address the issue.

We will arrange for a return label and cover the return shopping cost 

Upon receiving the item, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on the customer's preference and availability.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
